SKELTON, of Matakana, claimants.
15,000, Fifteen thousand acres, more or less,
being all that piece of land called Matakana, or
Manakana, situated on the Frith of the River
Thames.
Alleged to have been purchased from the Native
Chiefs Ruinga, Nakate, Tekawekati, and
Ewarre, in 1839.
Consideration merchandise to the amount of
£300 sterling.

Case No. 173. (b)-WILLIAM B. MOORES, O,
Coromandel Harbour, claimant.
All that point of land called the Toro, in the
Harbour of Manukou. (Contents not stated.)
Alleged to have been purchased from the
Native Chiefs Wiremu Wata, Kuamatoe,
Te Haowhi, and Tommy-talk-English.-

Consideration-merchandise to the amount of
£26 sterling

Case No. 77. ALEXANDER DALZIEL, of Auck-
land, claimant.
1,500, One thousand five hundred acres, more
or less, situated about half-way between Manu-
kau and Waikato.
Alleged to have been purchased from certain
Native Chiefs (names not stated), on the
21st November, 1839.
Consideration-merchandise to the amount of
£160 sterling

Case No. 77. (a)-ALEXANDER DALZIEL, of
Auckland, claimant.
200, Two hundred acres, more or less, situated
on a fresh water Creek, called the Aweroa.
Alleged to have been purchased from certain
Native Chiefs (names not stated), on the
21st November, 1839.
Consideration as above, being included in that
purchase.

Case No 77 (b)-ALEXANDER DALZIEL, of Auck-
land, claimant.
1,000, One thousand acres, more or less, situ-
ated on a point of land lying between the Rivers
Waitemata and Tamake.
Alleged to have been purchased from certain
Native Chiefs, (not named,) on the 23rd Decem-
ber, 1839.
Consideration-Merchandise to the amount of
£80 sterling.

Case No. 221. HENRY TAYLER, of the River
Thames, claimant in part.
20,000, Twenty thousand acres, more or less,
being a tract of Land called Te Wiete, about
twelve miles north west of the Waitemata River.
Alleged to have been purchased by the claimant,
jointly with Mr. A. B. SPARK, from certain
Chiefs, (not named,) on the 7th October,
1839.
Consideration-£25 in Cash and Merchandise,
value not stated.

Case No. 221. (a)-HENRY TAYLER, of the River
Thames, claimant in part.
1000, One thousand acres, more or less, being
a tract of Land called Takapuna, situated at the
extreme north head of the Waitemata River.
Alledged to have been purchased jointly with
Mr. A. B. SPARK, from certain Native Chiefs,
(not named,) on the 18th of November, 1839;
Consideration—£16 in Cash and Merchandise,
value not stated.

Case No. 221. (b)-HENRY TAYLER, of the
River Thames, claimant in part.
300, Three hundred acres, more or less, being
a piece of Land situated in the Island of Waiheke,
in the Frith of the Thames, called Te Matuku.
Alleged to have been purchased from certain
Native Chiefs, (not named,) jointly with Mr.
A. B. SPARK, in December, 1839.
Consideration—£2 in Cash, and Merchandise,
value not stated.

Case No. 221. (c)-HENRY TAYLER, of the River
Thames, claimant in part.
20,000, Twenty thousand acres, more or less,
being a tract of Land called Te Aroha, situated
between fifty and sixty miles of the River Thames.
Alleged to have been purchased jointly with
Mr. A. B. SPARK, from certain Native Chiefs,
(not named,) on the 11th of January, 1840.
Consideration—£10 8s. in Cash and Mer-
chandise, value not stated.

Case No. 221. (d)-HENRY TAYLER, of the
River Thames, claimant.
400, Four hundred acres, more or less, being a
piece of Land situated in the Frith of the Thames,
called Motu The.
Alleged to have been purchased from certain
Native Chiefs (not named), on the 5th of
November, 1839.
Consideration-merchandise, value not stated.

Case No. 66. JAMES REDDY CLENDON, of the
Bay of Islands, Esq., claimant.
220, Two hundred and twenty acres, more or
less, situated at Okiato, Bay of Islands.
Alleged to have been purchased from the Native
Chiefs Pomare, Kiwi Kiwi, Hauware, Hihi,
and Wareamu, in December, 1830.
Consideration-merchandise to the amount of
£151 14s. sterling.

Case No. 66 (a)-JAMES REDDY CLENDON, of the
Bay of Islands, Esq., claimant.
80, Eighty acres, more or less, situated at Kai-
taitia, Bay of Islands.
Alleged to have been purchased from the Na-
tive Chiefs, Pomare, Ahou, and Arau, in No-
vember, 1837.
Consideration-merchandise to the amount of
£28 15s. sterling.
