THE TOWN ALLOTMENTS advertised in the Government Gazette, by
the Notice, dated 25th February, 1841, have (exclusive of Lots 1 to 3,
13, 15, 32, 37, 46, 47, 63, 70 to 73, 78, 79, 81, 82, 85, 92 to 96, 99, 101, and
130, which have been reserved), been sold to the under-mentioned parties by
Auction, on the 19th and 20th April, 1841, and the price affixed to each
respectively has been received, with the exception of the amount of the Balance
on Sundry Lots to be paid in Sydney.
