Case No. 334.---R. ANWYL, of Sydney, claimant.
1,000, One thousand acres, more or less, si-
tuated in the Bay of Wanga-doite, known by the
name of Mi-mo-wa-mata, boundaries not stated.
Alleged to have been purchased from the native
chiefs Okianga, Patuata, Puanoka, and
others, by claimant, by Charles Blanchard,
in November, 1839, who sold to claimant.
Consideration given to the natives---not stated.

Case No. 334 (a.)---R. ANWYL, of Sydney,
claimant.
2,000, Two thousand acres, more or less, si-
tuated in the River Wama, a branch of the Ho-
kianga River, known by the name of Ma Ra-Ru,
bounded on the west-north-west by a water run,
called Mawa-tanga, and extending inland to
a valley called Wha-ko-Rohupa; the upper
boundary, a small creek south from the Waima
River, and called Waratatta.
-Alleged to have been purchased by Thomas
Cassidy, in the year 1836, from the native
chiefs E Rawa, E Paua, Howa-Rai, and
Pakua, who sold to claimant.
