Two four-roomed screw houses, 18 feet by 18 feet, made in England, boarding and every thing complete; Six four-roomed houses in frame, 30 feet by 20 feet, made in New South Wales, with shingles, glass, cedar doors, cedar window frames and sashes, locks, less and hinges; six two room houses in frame, 20 feet by 16 feet, made in New South Wales, with shingles, same as above.
