Port of Russell.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN,
THAT all Vessels which may arrive in the Harbour of the Bay of Islands, on and after the first day of November, 1840, must be reported by the Master, in conformity with the 15th Section of the Act of the Governor and Council of New South Wales, 3rd Victoria No. 3, and the Goods duly entered as required by the 17th Section of the said Act. All Outward bound must be provided with proper Clearances, and the Goods laden therein be duly entered Outwards, in compliance with the 48th Section of the Act before mentioned.

PURSUANT to the Rule of this Honorable Court, the Creditors of the above named deceased persons who reside in New Zealand, are, on or before Saturday, the 31st day of October next, to come in and prove the same before me at my Office in Russell, or in default thereof they will be peremptorily excluded from all benefit arising from the said Estates.
