THAT newly-erected dwelling-house, containing six rooms, and an Allotment of land fronting York street, the property of Messrs. Baker and Dunn. The owners of this house have spared no expense in its erection and fittings, to render it fit for the reception of a respectable familyβ€”or it would be available for a list estate, the situation being central and the title good.
