Commissioner of Crown Lands' Office,
Auckland, February, 4th, 1852.

I HEREBY notify, for the information of all persons concerned, that, in conformity with the provisions of the Crown Lands Ordinances (No. 1. Session 10, and No. 10, Session 11), I have convened meetings of the Holders of Depasturing Licenses, in the several undermentioned Hundreds, and that the persons whose names are subjoined have been duly elected by such holders to be Wardens, under the said Ordinances, for the current year, as follows:—

For the Hundred of Auckland—
Joseph May, Andrew Rooney, and Henry Hayr.

For the Hundred of Onehunga—
James Farmer, J. Carlton Hill, and Charles Moore.

For the Hundred of Panmure—
William Williams, Joseph Brennan, and Charles Durbridge.

For the Hundred of Otahuhu—
J. A. Hickson, John McAnulty, and William Miller.

For the Hundred of Howick—
Alexander McDonald, James White, and Thomas Smyth.

For the Hundred of Pupuke—
Thomas Poynton, William Menary, and Thomas Duder.

GENERAL ANNUAL LICENSING MEETING.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual Licensing Meeting of the Justices of the Peace, for the Borough and District of Auckland, will be holden at the Resident Magistrate's Court, at Auckland, on Tuesday, the twentieth day of April, 1852, at twelve o'clock, noon, for the purpose of taking into consideration applications for Licenses to sell Spirituous Liquors, Wine, Ale, or Beer.

TRANSFER OF PUBLICANS' LICENSES.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Justices of the Peace, for the Borough and district of Auckland, will be holden at the Resident Magistrate's Court, at Auckland, on Tuesday, the second day of March next, at twelve o'clock, noon, for the purpose of receiving applications for the Transfer of Publicans' Licenses.
