TENDERS will be received at this office,
until noon of Monday, the 10th day of
January, 1853, from parties desirous of sup-
plying ROUGH SCORIA STONE to the
Hard Labour Prisoners in the Gaol.

Particulars may be obtained as to the
quantity and description of the Stone required,
on application to the Deputy Surveyor-
General, at the Survey Office.

NOTICE is hereby given, that a wooden
building, the property of Mr. Samuel
Yates, has been approved and appointed under
the 34th section of the Customs Ordinance,
4 Victoria, No. 3, 1841, for the reception of
goods under bond at this Port.
