By His Excellency Lieutenant-Colonel
ROBERT HENRY WYNYARD, Companion of the most Honourable
Order of the Bath, Lieutenant-Governor of the Province of New
Ulster, &c., &c., &c.
I, the LIEUTENANT-GOVERNOR of the Province
of New Ulster, do hereby proclaim that at
eleven o\'clock, A.M., on TUESDAY, the 28th
day of September, 1852, the Colonial Treasurer
will put up to Auction, at Auckland, the un-
dermentioned allotments of Land, hereby de-
clared to be within the limits of Settlement.
Immediate payment in cash to be an indis-
pensable condition of sale.
