NOTICE.
I HEREBY give notice that, for the purpose of receiving Claims to the right of voting at the Election of Members for the City of Auckland, the Suburbs of Auckland, the Pensioners' Settlements, the Northern Division, or the Southern Division, pursuant to the Provisions of the Provincial Councils Ordinance, Session XI., No. 6; the Police Office, at Auckland, will be open during the month of July next, between the hours of Ten, a.m., and Four, p.m., daily.

NOTICE.
NOTICE is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Justices of the Peace, within the Borough of Auckland, will be ho'den at the Resident Magistrate's Court, Auckland, on TUESDAY, the sixth day of July next, at the hour of twelve o'clock, noon, for the purpose of forming a List of Burgesses for the said Borough for the ensuing Year.

IMPOUNDED, at the Public Pound, Hobson's Bridge, one Black Cow, white face, and white on back, branded like W P on off rump; one Red Cow, branded like MR on near rump; owner unknown; found trespassing in the enclosed garden of Mr. John Duffus, near Auckland. Also, one Black Goat, with white spots, aged, long horns, no brand; owner unknown; found trespassing in the enclosed vegetable grounds at the Wesleyan College. If not claimed, to be sold at the Pound, at noon of the 7th day of July, 1852.
