ROBERT HENRY WYNWARD, Com-
panion of the most Honourable
Order of the Bath, Lieutenant-
Governor of the Province of New
Ulster, &c., &c., &c.
THE Lieutenant-Governor of the Pro-
vince of New Ulster, do hereby proclaim
that at eleven o'clock, A. M., on Friday,
the 9th day of July, 1852, the Colonial
Treasurer will put up to Auction, at Auck-
land, the undermentioned allotments of Land,
hereby declared to be within the limits of
Settlement.
Immediate payment in cash to be an indis-
pensable condition of Sale.

IMPOUNDED, at the Public Pound, Hob-
son's Bridge, one Black Cow, white face,
and white on back, branded like WP off rump,
one Red Cow, branded like MR on near
rump; one Black Goat, with white spots, aged,
long horns, no brand. If not claimed, will be
sold at the Pound, at noon of the 3rd day of
July, 1852.
