TENDERS will be received at this Office
until noon on Tuesday, the 11th instant,
for the supply of a DINNER to 400 Natives
on Her Majesty's Birth-day.
Each Native to be supplied with the follow-
ing ration :—
1½ lb. of Beef,
1 lb. of Pudding,
1½ lb. of Bread,
2 lbs. of Potatoes,
and the Contractor to furnish for the occasion,
Table-covers, Knives and forks, Plates, and
Mugs.
Tenders must specify the rate per ration;
and be sent in duplicate, sealed, and endorsed
"Tender for Dinner for Natives."
Any further information that may be re-
quired can be obtained at the Office of the
Native Secretary.

cription, viz.—25 feet keel, corresponding
beam, and copper-fastened.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Sitting of
the Supreme Court, for the despatch of
Criminal Business, will be holden at the Court
House, Auckland, on TUESDAY, the first day of
June next, at ten O'clock in the forenoon; and
that a Sitting, for the despatch of Civil Busi-
ness, will be holden at the Court House, on
Monday, the seventh day of June next, at
Ten o'clock in the forenoon, at which times
and place all persons under Recognizance to
appear as Prosecutors, Defendants, or Wit-
nesses, are required to give their attendance.
