WHARF IN COMMERCIAL BAY.
Colonial Secretary’s Office,
Auckland, 10th December, 1851.
TENDERS will be received at this office, until noon on Saturday, the 10th of January, 1852, from persons willing to contract for driving and framing the piles and for planking the New Wharf in Commercial Bay.
A plan and specification of the work to be done may be seen, and further information obtained, at the Royal Engineer Office.
Tenders must be in duplicate, sealed, and endorsed “Tenders for driving and framing piles for (or ‘planking’) the Wharf in Commercial Bay.”

IMPOUNDED in the Public Pound, Hob--
son’s Bridge, a black and white Bull, branded like C C near rump; a white poley Cow, no brand legible, both ears cut; a white Heifer Yearling, no brand legible; a black and white poley Bull, no brand legible.
If not claimed, will be sold at the pound on the 5th day of January, 1852.
