Colonial Secretary’s Office,
Auckland, 24th November, 1851.

TENDERS will be received at this Office until noon on WEDNESDAY, the 3rd day of December, 1851, for excavating Earth and filling in the Wharf in Commercial Bay, at per cubic yard.

Further information may be obtained of the Clerk of Works, Royal Engineer Office.

NOTICE is hereby given, that a Wooden Building, the property of Mr. William Butler, has been appointed and approved, under the 34th Section of the Customs Ordinance, 4 Vic., No. 3, 1841, for the reception of Goods under Bond at this Port.

IMPOUNDED, in the Public Pound, Hobson’s Bridge, a Red Cow, with white back, branded like A or J W off rump; a Strawberry Heifer-Calf, not branded; and a Red Heifer, small white spots on the forehead, no brand, about 2 years old. If not claimed, will be sold at the Pound on the 19th day of December, 1851, at noon.
