Claimants Ordinance, Session XI., No. 15, made by persons resident in New Zealand must be sent in to the Government on or before the 1st January, 1852.

Persons claiming land under original or derivative title from the New Zealand Company are accordingly requested to give notice immediately to either of the following officers, namely:

At Wellington:—The Colonial Secretary of New Munster.

Nelson:—His Honour the Superintendent.

New Plymouth:—The Commissioner of Crown Lands.

Auckland:—The Colonial Secretary of New Ulster.

Printed Forms of Notice and Application may be obtained at the Offices of the Commissioners of Crown Lands in each settlement.

NOTICE is hereby given, that a Store Cellar, adjoining the premises of Mr. J. Woodhouse, has been approved and appointed, under the 34th Section of the Customs Ordinance, 4 Victoria, No. 3, for the reception of Goods under bond at this port.

THE attention of the Public is requested to the Several Notices attached to the various Ward Lists of Burgesses for the Borough of Auckland.

Parties whose names have been omitted from the said lists, or who desire to make any objections thereto, are requested to attend at the Supreme Court, Auckland, on Saturday the 25th instant, at twelve o’clock, noon, when an adjourned Meeting of Justices of the Peace for the Borough of Auckland will be held for that purpose.

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.

In the Estates of William Webb, late of Auckland, deceased intestate, and James Brooks, late of Hobart Town, deceased intestate.

PURSUANT to the Rule of this Honorable Court, the Creditors of the abovenamed Intestates are, on or before the seventeenth day of January next, to come in and prove their Debts before Thomas Outhwaite, Esquire, Registrar of the said Court, at his Office in the Court House, Queen-street, Auckland, or, in default thereof, they will be peremptorily excluded from all benefit arising from the said Estates.
