NOTICE

NOTICE is hereby given, that a Special Meeting of the Justices of the Peace, within the Borough of Auckland, will be holden in the Supreme Court, Auckland, on Wednesday, the 15th day of October next, for the purpose of forming a List of Burgesses for the said Borough.

IMPOUNDED at the Public Pound Hobson’s Bridge, a red poly Cow branded O off rump, 8 off shoulder, and like WD near Ribs;

  • a strawberry Heifer, brand off rump, not legible,
  • about three years old;
  • a strawberry Steer, about two years old with a brand on the near rump, not legible;
  • a red sided Heifer with white face, back, belly and legs, like a brand on the off rump, not legible;
  • a white poly Cow, with black spotted head and ears, and a brand like T S or B on near rump.

If not claimed, will be sold at the pound at noon of the 9th day of October, 1851.
