THE attention of Persons depasturing Cattle upon Crown Lands outside the boundaries of Proclaimed Hundreds, is called to the 12th clause of the Crown Lands’ Ordinance, (13 Vic., Session No. 1,) which requires that returns of all Cattle so depastured, shall be deposited with the Commissioner of Crown Lands, during the ensuing month (September,) under a penalty for each offence, of not less than Twenty shillings, nor more than Twenty pounds.
Forms of the return required by the Ordinance can be obtained at this office.
