NOTICE

Colonial Secretary’s Office,

Auckland, June 26th, 1851.

His Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor directs it to be notified for general information, that all documents signed
“J. Coates, for the Colonial Secretary,”
are to be deemed official.

Auckland, June 26th, 1851.

TENDERS will be received at this Office, until 12 o’clock of the 5th July from parties who may be willing to supply the Government with COALS for the Service of the Colonial Hospital, in such quantities as may be required during the six months commencing the 1st July next.

Tenders to be in duplicate, sealed and endorsed “Tender for Coals.”

His Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor directs it to be notified that the undermentioned Officer has this day taken and subscribed the proper oaths as a Member of the Executive Council of the Province of New Ulster:
