PROVISIONS FOR HOSPITAL.
Colonial Secretary’s Office
Auckland, 6th June, 1851.
TENDERS will be received at this office,
until noon of Tuesday, the 17th instant,
for the supply of the undermentioned articles,
for the Service of the Colonial Hospital, during
the six months commencing on the 1st of
July next. The articles to be delivered at
the Hospital at the expense of the contractor,
and to be subject to the approval of the Colo-
nial Surgeon as to the quality.
- Fresh Beef or Mutton
- Pork
- Fine Bread
- Potatoes
- Tea and Sugar
- Oatmeal
- Arrowroot
- Sago
- Rice
- Salt
- Soap
- Mixed Vegetables
- Dip Candles
- Brandy, Port Wine, and Porter
- Milk and Vinegar, at per quart.
- Oil, at per gallon.
- Straw, at per ton of 2,240 lbs.
COLONIAL BANK OF ISSUE.
