FIREWOOD.
Colonial Secretary’s Office,
Auckland, 6th June, 1851.
TENDERS will be received at this office, until noon on TUESDAY, the 17th inst., from parties who may be desirous of furnishing supplies of Firewood, for the various departments of this Government, during the six months commencing on the 1st of July next.
Tenders to specify the rate for supplying Firewood of the usual size, and also for supplying any portion that may be required to be cut and split of a size to suit the fire places in the public offices, to be delivered on the beach, or at the several Public Offices, as it may be required.
Security will be required for the due performance of the Contract, and the Tenders should be accompanied by a notification of the consent of the parties who may be proposed as sureties.
