TABLE OF RATES TO BE CHARGED FOR TRESPASS OF CATTLE IN THE DISTRICT OF AUCKLAND.

Description of Cattle, &c., trespassing. In any paddock of grass, after grass, or cut meadow, stubble, enclosed by a fence. In any garden, unenclosed crop of any kind, enclosed by a fence.

FEES NOT PROVIDED FOR BY THE ORDINANCE.

For Drawing up and Serving Notice of Cattle Impounded, if within one mile from the Pound... 1 0
Above that distance, for every mile in addition one way... 0 6
For Advertising Impounded Cattle in the Government Gazette, the actual cost for such insertion over and above the charge for writing and sending the same.

Fixed by the Justices assembled at Auckland the 21st and 26th days of May, 1851.
