NOTICE.

NOTICE is hereby given, that a wooden building, the property of Mr. George F. Russell, has been approved and appointed, under the 34th Section of the Customs Ordinance, 4 Vic., No. 3, 1841, for the reception of Goods under Bond at this Port, in lieu of the building formerly licensed, the property of Mr. Mariner.

TENDERS will be received at this office until noon, on the 30th inst., for the supply of Hardwood Piles, Kawrie Timber and Planking, Nails and Iron, for the erection of a Wharf in Official Bay.

Specifications to be seen, and information obtained of the Clerk of Works, Royal Engineers Department.

WE hereby authorize any of the Licence Holders of the Hundred of Auckland to impound any unauthorized cattle that may be found trespassing within the limits of the Hundred, on the Waste Lands of the Crown, during the current year.
