NOTICE.
Commissioner of Crown Lands' Office,
Auckland, 3rd April, 1850.
ALL unlicensed owners of unenclosed land within any Proclaimed Hundreds, desirous of enjoying, under the provisions of the 29th clause of the Crown Lands' Ordinance (No. 1, Sess. 10), a proportionate right of pasturage upon the Crown Land, are requested to send in written applications for the same to the Wardens of their respective Hundreds.
These applications to be accompanied by the written consent of the applicants to add such unenclosed land, for pastoral purposes, to the General Stock of Common Waste Land in the Hundred, and to submit to such rules, in reference thereto, as the Wardens may duly make.
In addition to the right of pasturage referred to, the applicants will be enabled to have, under the authority of the Wardens, all unlicensed Cattle trespassing upon such unenclosed land, impounded according to law.

PURSUANT to the Rule of this Honorable Court, the Creditors of the above-named Intestates are, on or before the 15th day of June next, to come in and prove their debts before Thomas Outhwaite, Esq., Registrar of the said Court, at his Office in the Court House, Queen Street, Auckland, or in default thereof, they will be peremptorily excluded from all benefit arising from the said Estates.

Note.—Of the excess of Immigrants from Great Britain and British Colonies, exclusive of Ports in New Zealand, 527 were Pensioners and their families, and 181 were free immigrants, who paid the cost of their own passage.
This Return does not include the Military, nor soldiers discharged from the army to remain as settlers in the colony—these last, with their families amounted to 199 souls.
