Commissioner of Crown Lands’ Office,
Auckland, February 21, 1850.
HEREBY notify, for the information of all persons concerned that, in conformity with the provisions of the Crowns Lands’ Ordinance (No. 1, Sess. 10), I have convened meetings of the Holders of Depasturing Licenses, in the several undermentioned Hundreds, and that the persons whose names are subjoined have been duly elected by such Holders to be Wardens, under the said Ordinance, for the current year, as follows:—
For the Hundred of Auckland—
Henry Mason, George Nicoll, and William Foster.
For the Hundred of Onehunga—
William Powditch, Thomas Somerville, and James Magee.
For the Hundred of Panmure—
His Lordship the Bishop, John Gray, and James Cleary.
For the Hundred of Howick—
Alexander Macdonald, W. F. G. Servantes, and William Mason.
For the Hundred of Otahuhu—
J. A. Hickson, W. T. Fairburn, and John McAnulty.
For the Hundred of Pupuke—
Thomas Tudor, P. Mellivin, and Thomas Poynton.

GENERAL ANNUAL LICENSING MEETING.
Resident Magistrate’s Court,
Auckland, 18th Feb., 1850.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual Licensing Meeting of the Justices of the Peace, for the Town and District of Auckland, will be held at the Resident Magistrate’s Court, at Auckland, on Tuesday the sixteenth day of April, 1850, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of taking into consideration applications for Licenses to sell Spirituous Liquors, Wine, Ale, or Beer.

NOTICE is hereby given, that a Stone Building, the property of Mr. Charles Brown, has been appointed and approved under the 34th Section of the Customs Ordinance, 4 Vic. No. 3, 1841, for the reception of Goods under bond at this Port.
