within the said hundred, shall forfeit and pay the sum of five pounds for each and every offence.

  1. That all cattle trespassing on Crown waste lands within the hundred, impounded in a public pound, shall be charged ten shillings per head in addition to the poundage fees fixed by the Impounding Ordinance.

  2. Pigs and goats are altogether prohibited from depasturing on the said Crown waste lands of this hundred.

  3. That any person convicted of a third offence against the said Ordinance, or any Bye-laws made in pursuance thereof, be reported by the wardens to the Commissioner of Crown Lands, with a recommendation that no future license be granted to such person.
