NOTICE is hereby given, that a Sitting of the Supreme Court, for the despatch of Criminal business, will be holden at the Court House, Auckland, on Monday the Second day of December next, at Ten o’clock in the Forenoon; and that a Sitting for the despatch of Civil business will be holden at the Court House, on Saturday the Seventh day of De-
cember next, at Ten o’clock in the Forenoon, at which times and place all persons under recognizance to appear as Prosecutors, Defendants, or Witnesses, are required to give their attendance.
