REPORT of a SALE of CROWN LANDS, by Public Auction, held at Auckland on the 24th day of September, 1849, in pursuance of a Proclamation bearing date the 22nd August, 1849.

The remaining Lots included in the said Proclamation were withdrawn, no offers having been made at the upset prices.

  • The Bidder on this occasion, the Rev. Geo. A. Panton, has subsequently selected and paid for, at the Upset price, Lot No. 2 of Section 9—in terms of the Regulation published in the Government Gazette of 18th July, 1849.
