I, Thomas Outhwaite, Registrar of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, do solemnly and sincerely declare, that the above is a true and faithful return of all unclaimed balances belonging to deceased Persons’ Estates, administered and paid by me into the Treasury of the Province of New Ulster and Colony of New Zealand, from the first day of October to the thirty-first day of December, 1848. And I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.
