RULES for depasturing Stock on the Crown Waste Lands within the Hundred of Onehunga.
Northern Division.
1st.— THAT all persons holding License for depasturing within the hundred of Onehunga shall be allowed to depasture on the bona fide Waste Lands of the Crown within the said hundred, all such horned or Great Cattle whether Bulls, Cows, Oxen, Steers or Heifers, and all such Horses, Mules, and Asses, as to them the said parties holding such license shall bona fide belong to themselves respectively, and to none other.
2nd.— That any person holding a License to depasture Stock on the aforesaid lands, in the aforesaid hundred, may and shall be allowed to keep any number of dairy Cows, to be by him or them actually used for the purpose of milking for dairy purposes, and none other. And the said dairy Cattle shall be deemed and taken to be the bona fide property of such person so hiring and so using them for the time being:
Southern Division—(Mungarie).
3rd.— That the persons holding license as aforesaid, may depasture any number or kind of Stock, greater or small Cattle (being the bona fide property of such licensed person), on the bona fide Crown waste lands, Mungarie side.
4th.— That all highways running through or within the hundred, be considered as part of the Crown Lands aforesaid.
That all such portions of road as run along the boundary line be common to both hundreds.
That a right of pasturage be mutually entertained to persons situate on the boundaries respectively, to a moderate distance on each side of the boundary line.

NOTICE is hereby given, that in pursuance of the Imprisonment for Debt Ordinance, Session 3, No. 7, the Court will sit at Auckland, on Thursday, the twenty-first day of June, 1849, for the hearing of applications for relief, and for the despatch of all business arising under the provisions of the above Ordinance.
