NOTICE is hereby given that the under-mentioned condemned Goods, will be sold by Public Auction, at the Custom-House at this Port, upon the 25th day of January, 1849.

SPECIAL MEETING of the Justices
of the Peace, for the Town and District of Auckland, will be holden at the Resident Magistrate’s Court, at Auckland, on Thursday the first day of February next, at two o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of forming a JURY LIST for the year next ensuing.

CROWN LAND SALE—HOWICK.

Auckland, December 15th, 1848.
HAVING, in pursuance of a proclamation bearing date, the seventh day of September, 1848, offered by Public Auction at Howick on the 14th instant, the Crown Lands included in the said Proclamation; this is to notify, that, no offer having been made at the upset price, all the lots were withdrawn; and are now open for sale during the ensuing three months, in terms of the Regulation published in the Government Gazette of the 13th October, 1848.
