GENERAL ANNUAL LICENSING MEETING

NOTICE is hereby given, that the General Annual Licensing Meeting for the Town and District of Auckland, will be holden at this Court, on Tuesday, the 18th day of April, next, at eleven o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of taking into consideration applications for Licenses for the sale of Fermented and Spirituous Liquors, in accordance with the Ordinance 5 Victoria, Sess. 2, No. 12.

All applications must be lodged with me on or before Tuesday, the 4th of April next.

HIS Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor, has been pleased to confirm the reports of the Commissioner of Land Claims upon the following cases arising under waiver of the Crown’s right of Pre-emption, whereby the undermentioned individuals are entitled to receive from the Colonial Treasurer, debentures in accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance, Sess. 7, No. 22, for the sums specified opposite to their respective names.
