SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND

IN THE ESTATE OF ROBERT PRINCE HILL,

DECEASED, INTESTATE.

PURSUANT to the Rule of this Honorable Court, the Creditors of the above named Deceased, and on or before the twelfth day of January next, to come in and prove their debts before Thomas Outhwaite, Esq., Registrar of the said Court, at his office, in the Court House, Queen-street, Auckland, or in default thereof, they will be perpetually excluded from all benefit arising from the said Estate.

REQUIRED for Her Majesty's Service,

Supplies of the undermentioned articles of Shop Clothing.

85 pairs Seamen's Shoes,
36 pairs Seamen's Worsted Stockings.

A pattern of the Article intended to be supplied is to accompany the Tender, which is to state when the same can be delivered. The Tenders will be received on board the Dido, until Saturday, the 14th instant.
