DEPASTURING CATTLE ON CROWN
LANDS.
Colonial Secretary's Office,
Auckland, 15th September, 1848.
THE attention of persons depasturing Cattle
on Crown Lands is called to the Regula-
tions published in the Government Gazette of
the 10th ultimo, which require that returns of
all Cattle so depastured shall be deposited
with the Commissioner of Crown Lands during
the present month.
These Returns, and all other communica-
tions addressed to the Commissioner, may be
left for him at this office.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the under-
mentioned Condemned Goods will be
sold by Public Auction, at the Custom House,
at this Port, upon the 15th day of September,
