PROCLAMATION.

By His Excellency GEORGE GREY,
Esquire, Governor-in-Chief in
and over the Islands of New
Zealand, and Governor of the
Provinces of New Ulster and
New Munster, and Vice-Admiral
of the same, &c. &c:

THE GOVERNOR of the Province of New
Ulster, do hereby proclaim that at eleven
'o'clock on Saturday, the Sixteenth day of Sep
tember, one thousand eight hundred and forty-
eight, the Colonial Treasurer will put up to Auc-
tion, at the Treasury, in Auckland, the under-
mentioned allotments of land, hereby declared
to be within the limits of settlement.

Immediate payment in cash to be an indis-
pensable condition of sale.
