SUPREME COURT.

NOTICE is hereby given, That a Sitting of the Supreme Court, for the despatch of Criminal Business, will be holden at the Court House, Wellington, on TUESDAY, the first day of March next, at Ten o'clock in the forenoon; and that a Sitting, for the despatch of Civil Business, will be holden at the Court House, on MONDAY, the seventh day of March next, at Ten o'clock in the forenoon, at which times and place all persons under recognizances to appear, either as Prosecutors, Defendants, or Witnesses, are hereby required to give their attendance.
