Wellington and Lower Hutt. 16 37 George Hart. Entitled to Crown Grants of the Town Acre No. 184 in the Town of Wellington, also part of the Country Section No. 32 in the Lower Hutt District, containing Ninety Acres or thereabouts, whereof will be particularly defined by the Commissioner.
Upper Hutt. 17 38 George Hart. Entitled to Crown Grants of Three hundred and fifty Acres, being the Country Sections numbered 170 and 171 in the Upper Hutt District, and One hundred and fifty Acres adjoining, the boundaries whereof will be particularly defined by the Commissioner.
Porirua, Hutt, and Ohariu. 18 39 George Hart. Entitled to Crown Grants of Three hundred Acres or thereabouts, being the Country Sections numbered respectively 32 in the Porirua District, 73 in the Lower Hutt District, and 81 in the Ohariu District. Also the Town Acres numbered respectively 507, 688, 651, 563, 32, and 402 in the Town of Wellington. Also a piece of land, part of Town Acre No. 485 in the Town of Wellington. Subject as to the issue of the Grant for the last-named piece of land to a direction recorded in the office of the Commissioner.
Wellington. 19 29 Adam Cummings and Mac Donald. Entitled to a Crown Grant of One quarter of an Acre, more or less, being part of the Country Section No. 3 in the Harbour District, the boundaries whereof will be particularly defined by the Commissioner.
Wellington. 20 28 George Edwards. Entitled to a Crown Grant of Twenty-three perches or thereabouts, part of the Town Acre No. 169 in the Town of Wellington. Subject as to the issue of such grant to a certain direction recorded in the office of the Commissioner.
Wellington. 21 6 James Sellar. Entitled to a Crown Grant of Sixty acres, more or less, being part of the Country Section No. 4 in the district of the Lower Hutt, the boundaries whereof will be particularly defined by the Commissioner.

Entitled to a Crown Grant of three quarters of an Acre, more or less, being part of the Town Acre No. 513, in the Town of Wellington, the boundaries whereof will be particularly defined by the Commissioner.
