Entitled to Crown Grants of Three hundred Acres or thereabouts, being the Country Sections numbered respectively 32 in the Porirua District, 73 in the Lower Hutt District, and 81 in the Ohariu District. Also the Town Acres numbered respectively 507, 688, 651, 563, 32, and 402 in the Town of Wellington. Also a piece of land, part of Town Acre No. 485 in the Town of Wellington. Subject as to the issue of the Grant for the last-named piece of land to a direction recorded in the office of the Commissioner.
Wellington. 19 29 Adam Cummings and Mac Donald. Entitled to a Crown Grant of One quarter of an Acre, more or less, being part of the Country Section No. 3 in the Harbour District, the boundaries whereof will be particularly defined by the Commissioner.
Wellington. 20 28 George Edwards. Entitled to a Crown Grant of Twenty-three perches or thereabouts, part of the Town Acre No. 169 in the Town of Wellington. Subject as to the issue of such grant to a certain direction recorded in the office of the Commissioner.
