I, EDWARD McGLASHAN, Registrar of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, and Receiver of Intestate Estates for the Southern District of New Zealand, do solemnly and sincerely declare that the above is a true and faithful Account of all Moneys belonging to Intestate Estates received and paid by me, and of all balances paid by me into the hands of the Sub-Treasurer at Otago from the 1st day of October, to the 31st day of December, 1851, both days inclusive.

Made and signed before me, Sidney Stephen, Esquire, a Judge of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, at Otago, the 18th day of February, A.D. 1852.

The Estates of Peter Harrison, Robert Craig, Edward Immyns Abbott, and Peter Chevitt were administered up to July 1851, by the late Deputy-Registrar at Otago, at which date the balances stated to be paid into the Sub-Treasury were handed over to my charge, and paid over by me to the Sub-Treasurer.

The four first Estates in the above list were administered to by me as official administrator, until the appointment of a Registrar at Otago, when they were taken charge of by him by my directions. This accounts for their being included also in my return.
