HIS EXCELLENCY the Governor-in-Chief directs it to be notified for general information, that the Commissioner of Crown Lands for the Wellington District, will resume the investigation of Claims to Land derived through the New Zealand Company, on Monday, the 5th instant, in order that Crown Grants may be issued for such Lands as Claimants are found duly entitled to.

THE following Goods will be Sold by Public Auction at the respective Bonding Warehouses, on Saturday the 3rd day of April, 1852, at 12 o’clock at noon, for Duty and Warehouse rent, (under No. 8 of 4th Vic. Cap. 48), unless Cleared for Home Consumption or Exportation previous to the above date.
