NOTICE.

Colonial Secretary’s Office,
Wellington, 22nd July, 1852.

WHEREAS, by a Proclamation bearing date the 3rd day of June, 1852, the Governor-in-Chief of the New Zealand Islands did under certain powers therein recited appoint “certain places in the Town of Dunedin to be specified by the Returning Officer” to be polling places for the “Town of Dunedin” and the “Dunedin Country District” at Otago:

And Whereas, it is necessary that additional Polling Places be appointed for the last named District:

Now Therefore His Excellency the Governor of New Munster hereby directs and appoints that the undermentioned places within the District of Otago shall be deemed and taken to be Additional Polling Places for the “Dunedin Country District,” to all intents and purposes as if the same had been appointed by the aforesaid Proclamation:

  1. At Tokomairiro Plain, at some convenient place or places to be specified by the Returning Officer of the District.

  2. At Matauaka near Waikouaiti, at some convenient place or places to be specified by the Returning Officer of the District.

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.

DISTRICT OF WELLINGTON.

In the Estate of William Brown,
Mariner, deceased Intestate.

Pursuant to the Rule of this Honorable Court, the Creditors of the above named deceased are, on or before the 14th day of October next, to come in and prove their debts before Robert Rodger Strang, Esquire, Registrar of the said Court, at Wellington, or in default thereof they will be peremptorily excluded from all benefit arising from the said Estate.
