Office of Commissioners for hearing and deciding Claims to Land. Nelson, Oct. 1852.
WE, JOHN POYNTER, and CONSTANTINE AUGUSTUS DILLON, Commissioners duly appointed to hear and decide Claims to Land by Persons claiming Title thereto, from, through, or under the New Zealand Company; Do HEREBY Decide that the Persons whose names are hereunder written, and whose Claims have been referred to us, by His Honor the Superintendent, are duly entitled to Crown Grants for Land, the particulars whereof are set opposite their respective names.
