WELLINGTON, AUGUST 10, 1852.

Office of Commissioners for hearing and deciding Claims to Land.

WE, JOHN POYNTER, and CONSTANTINE AUGUSTUS DILLON, Commissioners duly appointed to hear and decide Claims to Land by Persons claiming Title thereto, from, through, or under the New Zealand Company, Do HEREBY Decide that the Persons whose names are hereunder written, and whose Claims have been referred to us, by His Honor the Superintendent, are duly entitled to Crown Grants for Land, the particulars whereof are set opposite their respective names.

1 John Shaw, M.D. Waitohi and Waimea South Entitled to a Crown Grant of Section No. 692 in the Town of Waitohi. Also to a Crown Grant for one hundred and fifty acres, being Section numbered 117 in Waimea South.
2 Edward Green. Waimea East. Entitled to a Crown Grant of one hundred and thirty acres in the district of Waimea East, numbered on the plan XIII. New Rural.
3 Edward William Stafford Nelson. Entitled to a Crown Grant for Section No. 12, Wakefield Quay, within the Town of Nelson.
6 Stephen Lunn Muller. Nelson. Entitled to a Crown Grant for Sections numbered 916, 918, 920, 922, 924, 926, 921, 923, and 925, on the plan of the said Town.
