SUPPLEMENT TO THE NEW ZEALAND GOVERNMENT GAZETTE.

WELLINGTON, JUNE 29, 1852.

NOTICE.

ALL PERSONS holding Leases of Land in this Settlement, or being otherwise interested in Leasehold Property therein, are requested to give immediate Notice thereof in writing to the Commissioner, in order that any right possessed by them may not be prejudiced by the issue of Crown Grants.

I, FRANCIS DILLON BELL, a Commissioner duly appointed to hear and decide Claims to Land by persons claiming Title thereto from, through, or under the New Zealand Company, Do hereby decide that the Persons whose names are hereunder written, and whose Claims have been referred to me by His Excellency the Governor-in-Chief, are duly entitled to Crown Grants for land the particulars whereof are set opposite their respective names.

Lower Hutt. 251 274 James Williams. Entitled to a Grant of 8 Acres or thereabouts part of Country Section No. 49 in the Lower Hutt district.
Kaiwara Makara & Lower Hutt. 252 229 Joseph White. Entitled to a Grant of 20 Acres more or less part of Country Section No. 3 in the Kai Wara district. Also to 19 Acres part of Country Section No. 40 in the Makara district. Also to 17 Acres more or less part of the Country Section No. 35, in the Lower Hutt. Subject to a direction of the Commissioner.
Wanganui. 253 306 John Daly. Entitled to a Grant of the Town Section No. 32 in the Town of Petre, and also of 10 Acres part of Country Section No 34 on the Left Bank of the Wanganui River subject to a direction of the Commissioner.
