GOVERNMENT GAZETTE.

WELLINGTON, JUNE 7, 1852.

NOTICE.

ALL PERSONS holding Leases of Land in this Settlement, or being otherwise interested in Leasehold Property therein, are requested to give immediate Notice thereof in writing to the Commissioner, in order that any right possessed by them may not be prejudiced by the issue of Crown Grants.

I, FRANCIS DILLON BELL, a Commissioner duly appointed to hear and decide Claims to Land by persons claiming Title thereto from, through, or under the New Zealand Company, Do hereby decide that the Persons whose names are hereunder written, and whose Claims have been referred to me by His Excellency the Governor-in-Chief, are duly entitled to Crown Grants for land the particulars whereof are set opposite their respective names.

Subject to the issue of such Grants to a direction of the Commissioner.
Wanganui 152 440 Thomas Ballantie Taylor Entitled to Crown Grants of the Town Sections numbered 173, 174, 176 and 177, in the Town of Petre.
Wellington 153 289 John Harding Entitled to a Crown Grant of part of Town Acre No. 544 in the Town of Wellington, having 51 feet frontage or thereabouts to Lambton Quay.
Wanganui 154 462 John Paton Watt Entitled to a Crown Grant of the Town Section numbered 60 in the Town of Petre. And also of 350 acres more or less, being the Country Sections numbered 112, 113, 114, and part of 116, on the right bank of the River Wanganui, the boundaries whereof will be defined by the Commissioner.
Wellington 155 525 William Nicolls Entitled to a Crown Grant of the Town Section No. 312 in the Town of Wellington.
