SUPPLEMENT TO THE NEW ZEALAND GOVERNMENT GAZETTE.

WELLINGTON, MAY 12, 1852.

Wellington, 1st May, 1852.

I, FRANCIS DILLON BELL, a Commissioner duly appointed to hear and decide Claims to Land by persons claiming Title thereto from, through, or under the New Zealand Company, Do hereby decide that the Persons whose names are hereunder written, and whose Claims have been referred to me by His Excellency the Governor-in-Chief, are duly entitled to Crown Grants for land the particulars whereof are set opposite their respective names.

Rangitiki. 51 150 Adam Keir. Entitled to a Crown Grant of Four Hundred and fifty (450) acres in the Rangitiki District, the boundaries whereof will be defined by the Commissioner.
Wanganui. 52 141 John Wallace. Entitled to a Crown Grant for the Town Section numbered 240 on the Plan of the Town of Petre.
Ditto. 53 144 Stephen Henson. Entitled to a Crown Grant of Four acres of land in the Settlement of Wanganui, being the Block of Town Sections numbered from 1643 to 1658 inclusive on the Plan of the Town of Petre.
Ditto. 54 143 Thomas Henson. Entitled to a Crown Grant for Four acres and one-half an acre in the Settlement of Wanganui, being the Block of Town Sections numbered from 1677 to 1694 on the Plan of the Town of Petre.
Ditto. 55 126 John Day. Entitled to a Crown Grant of the Town Sections numbered respectively 25, 26, and 31 on the Plan of the Town of Petre.
