I HEREBY CERTIFY, that Joseph Crocme, of Waikouaiti, in the district of Otago, in the Province of New Munster, Surgeon, has this day submitted for my examination sufficient and satisfactory proof that he is a member of the Royal College of Surgeons, in London, in accordance with the provisions of an Ordinance passed by the Provincial Council of New Munster Sess. 1, No. 2, entitled an Ordinance to define the qualifications, and to provide for the remuneration in certain cases of Medical Practitioners.
