John Robert Godley, Esquire,
to be Resident Magistrate at Port Victoria.

James Edward Fitzgerald, Esquire,
to be (temporarily) Sub-Inspector of Police at Lyttelton.

Joshua Charles Porter, Esquire,
to be (temporarily) Clerk to the Bench of Magistrates at Lyttelton.

William Donald, Esquire,
to be Colonial Surgeon at Lyttelton.

The above appointments to bear date from the 1st January, 1851.

Robert Williams, Esquire,
to be Coroner for the District of Otago, to bear date from the 25th November, 1850.
