All Public Notifications which may appear in this Gazette, with any Official Signature thereunto annexed, are to be considered as Official Communications made to those Persons to whom they may relate, and are to be obeyed accordingly.

TENDERS will be received at this Office, on or before the 11th instant, for the removal of the Road Tools, stored at the Pakuratahi to Fort Richmond, near the Hutt Bridge.
The Tools consists of Pickaxes, Mattocks, Spades, Shovels, Crowbars, Wheelbarrows, &c.; the weight of the whole will amount to about Three Tons.
Tenders to be in duplicate, sealed, and endorsed “Tenders for removal of Road Tools.”

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the undermentioned persons are duly licensed Auctioneers for the Province of New Munster, for the year ending 24th April, 1851:—
