Alexander Perry Nelson Glasgow. 1614 15 0 1392 0 7 960 13 9 52 18 6 January 28, 1847 £289 10s. 1d. in hands of Sub-Treasurer at Nelson. Drowned November, 1846. Dividend of 5s. in the pound paid to creditors in the colony. A dividend of 5s. in the pound paid to certain creditors whose debts have been proved. Further recoveries expected and a dividend payable to remaining creditors.
Samuel Shelly Wellington. Staffordshire 34 12 0 55 16 11 September 18, 1847 Died at Wellington, 1847. A judgment debt in favour of Estate for £2986 5s. Recovery doubtful.
John Watson Wellington England 32 8 5 25 4 8 7 3 9 November 18, 1848 Drowned at sea, November, 1848.

ROBERT RODGER STRANG, Registrar of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, and Receiver of Intestate Estates for the Southern District of New Zealand, do solemnly and sincerely declare that the above is a true and faithful return of all Moneys belonging to Intestate Estates, received and paid by me into the hands of the Treasurer of the Southern District from the 1st of July to the 30th September, 1849, inclusively.

Made and signed before me, Henry Samuel Chapman, Esquire, a Judge of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, at Wellington, the 6th day of October, 1849.
