SUPREME COURT.
NOTICE is hereby given, that a
Sitting of the Supreme Court for the
Despatch of Civil Business will be
holden at the Court House, Wellington, on
Friday, the 1st day of March next, at ten
O’Clock in the forenoon; and that a sitting
for the Despatch of Civil Business will be
held at New Plymouth, in the Province of
New Ulster, on Tuesday, the 19th day of
March next, at ten o’Clock in the forenoon. At which times and places all Persons having
business to transact in the said Court, or
Whomsoever, are hereby required to give
their attendance.

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW
ZEALAND.
IN THE ESTATE OF AMOS BURROWS, LATE
OF LYTTLETON, MERCHANT, DECEASED.
PURSUANT to the Acts of the Legislat-
ure of New Zealand and of the Colony of New
South Wales, for the better administration
of Justice in the said Colony, the 16th day of
April next is appointed for a Court to be
held at Wellington, in the Province of New
Ulster, for the purpose of making such Order
and Decree as to the said Court shall seem
meet, touching the due administration of the
Estate of the said Amos Burrows, deceased,
or in default thereof they will be peremp-
torily excluded from all benefit arising
from the said estate.

side of the neck. If not claimed, to be sold
