Tenders to be endorsed "Tenders for supplies to Survey Department."

CERTAIN alterations and additions being required at the Government House, Wellington. Sealed Tenders in Duplicate for the Work will be received at this Office until the 12th instant. Plans and specifications may be seen at the Survey Office.

SEALED TENDERS, in Duplicate, will be received at this Office until noon, of Wednesday, the 8th instant, for the Sinking and Bricking of a Well, and the Erection of a Pump, at the Government House, Wellington.

The well to have a depth of not less than six feet water in when completed.

For further information application to be made at the Survey Office.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Sitting of the Supreme Court for the despatch of Civil Business will be held at the Court House, Wellington, on Tuesday, the seventh day of September next, at the hour of 10 o’clock in the Forenoon, at which time and place all persons summoned to appear, either as Defendants, Jurors, or Witnesses, are required to give their attendance.

PURSUANT to the Rule of this Honorable Court, the Creditors of the above named deceased, are on or before the thirteenth day of November next, to come in and prove their debts before Robert Rodger Strang, Esq., Deputy Registrar of the said Court, at his Office, in the Court House, Mulgrave-street, Wellington, or in default thereof they will be peremptorily excluded from all benefit arising from the said Estate.

TRANSFER OF LICENCES.

A SPECIAL MEETING of Justices for the District of Wellington, will be held at the Resident Magistrate’s Court, Wellington, on Tuesday the 7th day of September next, at 12 o’Clock in the Forenoon, for the purpose of receiving applications for the Transfer of Publicans Licences.
