SEALED TENDERS, in Duplicate, will be received at this Office until noon, of Wednesday, the 8th instant, for the Sinking and Bricking of a Well, and the Erection of a Pump, at the Government House, Wellington.
The well to have a depth of not less than six feet water in when completed.
For further information application to be made at the Survey Office.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Sitting of the Supreme Court for the despatch of Civil Business will be held at the Court House, Wellington, on Tuesday, the seventh day of September next, at the hour of 10 o’clock in the Forenoon, at which time and place all persons summoned to appear, either as Defendants, Jurors, or Witnesses, are required to give their attendance.

PURSUANT to the Rule of this Honorable Court, the Creditors of the above named deceased, are on or before the thirteenth day of November next, to come in and prove their debts before Robert Rodger Strang, Esq., Deputy Registrar of the said Court, at his Office, in the Court House, Mulgrave-street, Wellington, or in default thereof they will be peremptorily excluded from all benefit arising from the said Estate.
